What was the ratio between I.R.A. bombs and British Government bombs in England?

Question

It may be old news to you guys but it is pertinent to what is going on today with a possible government cover up in the whole 9/11 incident. The question is meant to delve into, well just what it asks, levels of a governments culpability.

hard to say but the "Loyalists" were without doubt proxies for MI5 attacks on  Nationalists in the North and the rest of Ireland. They themselves  didn't have the know-how to carry out the main attacks. Many more were foiled.

remember the pira guy who blew himself up on the bus by accident. the british government almost admitted that mi5 had handled and "fixed" the bomb.

kinda makes you wonder what there up to now.
