What was the reason of Kubicas accident in Ronde de Andorra rally?

Kubica is one of my favourite formula one car racer, and I was excited to see him in action in the upcoming formula one race. Kubica unfortunately met an accident, I would like to know, the reason of that accident.

The 26-year-old Pole lost control of his Skoda Fabia car at the beginning of the Ronde de Andorra rally near the town of Testico, causing the vehicle to leave the road at high speed.
