  1. Well, Emma Goldman was an anarchist whose books, like My Disillusionment in Russia, helped to turn a large number of socialists against the Bolshevik government during the Red Scare.

    Other than that I don't know.


  2. In the second red scare women were a victim namely the women's peace movement. Some male writers tried to link the women's movement with the communist movement but they were found to be false. Mainly the women stood behind their beliefs and fought off the attacks.

  3. Which Red Scare? Be more specific. 1920s, with the Palmer Raids, or in the 1950s?
