  1. It is hard to say....because Confucianism is very complex

So I will try to be brief, and give you the very bagic facts

Maybe I am being too brief, but this would give you the bagic facts

    --------------------------------------...

1.being too intelligent, ambitious is as bad as being stupid

2.the sage king should act like a father of the whole nation and its people. the country is one, huge family - not a group of individuals

3.do not talk too much - instead, try to listen to the others

4.a good king is like a good conductor of orchestra. people all have different talents and values. a good king should make a balance among various people, and pull out the best harmony

5.respect the works done by past ancestors. trying an extreme revolutional change is a horrible thing to do, even though it could be the answer.

6.even thought you have talents, try to hide it....so your governors could do their works. the role of king is to watch over and check, not doing works by yourself. if you begin to do everything by yourself...the result would be miserable. Remember, no matter how brilliant you are, you are just one person. It's always about leadership and teamwork

7.the most imporatant role of king is how to choose, motivate, and organize governors.

8.If someone is suspicious, do not use him. If you use someone, never suspect him...give him full authority and absolute trust
