What was the story behind Berbick and Larry Holmes parking lot fight?

wasn't Holmes the one flying over the car to attack Berbick? and were they the two that one of them landed a combo on the other at the press conference in front of the Mic? or maybe it was the weigh in. was that all for show or did they genuinly not like each other

Berbick was mad because Larry wouldn't give him a fight so he started making remarks about Larry's personal life. Berbick said something derogatory about Larry's wife and that's what started the fight.
