What was the worst customer service you've experienced at a restaurant?

At a fairly empty restaurant we were seated at an empty table. Drink orders were taken and then we were forgotten.  10 minutes later we left.

My family and I once waited over 30 minutes for our food and when the food finally came out everything was cold and the order was wrong. Our waitress never came back to refill our drinks. This was supposed to be a birthday dinner for my dad and it turned out to be a disaster.

one time i went out to eat at Applebee's for a brithday and we had to wait one hour! it was horrible.

a waiter spilled my food on me and my drink. then she kicked me in the balls and said i was stupid.
