I say the Suns and Heats trading Marion and Banks for Shaq.

Of course we can't say, at this time, which was the worst; but anyway I think Pau's trade to the Lakers by Memphis was one of the worst deals, and maybe the top one among them! However the Shaq's trade didn't seem suitable and necessary to me, too.
