What i know about the documentary
1) it was a recreation for the most part if not all of it, set mostly in the 18th and 19th century, had actors playing the parts, and a voice over explaining everything. Like those american independence documentaries (with everything re-enacted)
2) it was a professional studio/channel who made it (maybe discovery)
3) it started off with about freemasonry in america and how the first ever freemason to break the oath of not speaking about freemasonry, spoke to the press in 18th century or so about their rites and rituals. He was a low level freemason, new entrant, and was killed and had his tongue cut out for speaking to the press
4) the documentary then went on about how the government commissioned a report about how deep the secret societies where in america
5) it showed the statue that was built of him, with his name and a warning on it, to act as a reminder to future generations about secret societies
6) it was NOT "Secret History of the Freemasons"
7) title was short something like 2 words,
the re-enactment is still so vivid in my mind, but i can't remember the name of the documentary, please help.
Thank you.
