What was this sci-fi anime film?

Question

Theres this sci-fi anime film, I dunno what it is but it was about cyborgs and in the beginning there was this robot (disguised as a human girl) who was shot by humans and all the while shes screaming "Im real Im real!" while they were busting caps at her.

Just wanting to know the film, its been long since i last saw it, thanks! Any other good sci fi animes can be recommended too, i love sci fi
