What was up with all that traffic downtown last night? ?

Myself and some friends went to the Tigers game and it took us an hour to get out of downtown. Anyone else have the sameexperiencee?

You are right Downtown was packed this weekend.  It was because of the African World Festival, Riverwalk Concert, and the Tigers game.  Not to mention the dinner and bar crowd.

I am not in Detroit, but I'll be returning to the D on Friday from Army basic training and AIT.

There was a festival Downtown at Hart Plaza. Sometimes when you are downtown kind of late, several shows end at around the same time and you might get caught up in the traffic.
