What was up with the undertaker vs mankind h**l in a cell match?

was the part when undertaker through mic foley of the top of the cell through the announce table part of the script. and why did undertaker chokeslam him after it. did mic foley keep on wanting to continue the match or something.i dont get if it was all apart of the script or somethin.

it was scripted i THINK but the bit where mick was smiling when he was trying to stick his tongue through his top lip that was all real

the throw off the top of the cell onto the announcers table was scripted but the chokeslam from the top of the cage to the mat was not scripted (total accident).
