Hey, when i was younger, maybe from the ages of 14 to 19, there were roughly 3 to 4 times that out of the blue, i got a severe pain up the back of my head (like an electric shock) it started from the nape of my neck and spread up to my crown.it was agony!! anyone got any ideas what this sensation was? my head felt a little odd after, but after two mins i was fine i'm 24 now and not had them since,

and could it be possible that my spinal cord was somehow slightly touched?it certainly felt like that!!

  1. hmm idk maybe you should see a dr. sometimes there are problems even when you think they are gone but it sounds like some sort of pinched nerve

  2. it was more likely an issue with the ligaments in the back of your neck than anything else, they are often trigger points for painful jolts of that nature.
