BESIDES MAMA OR DADA. The first real word that isnt associated with a family member or friend.

Sadly, my 9 month old said "Rambo" today, thanks to his father. I would say it's a fluke but everytime my husband says "rambo", my son says it too. lol

  1. Besides like Mama, Dada, and trying to say names:

My first daughter (now 13), my husband, and I were on a tour boat ride (on a weekend trip). We were talking about the boat and she looks at us and says "boat".

My second daughter (now 6) first word was bottle, but it was more like "bal-tle".

My third daughter (now 4) first word was up.

My fourth daughter (just turned 3) was going to the doctor so she kept hearing me and my husband say it for a while. She looks up at us when we get into the office and says "doctor!".

My fifth child (10 months) is mostly in the babbling stages still. Very exicting though. Good question!
