What was your experience in using a Casio Phys Pedometer watch for getting your running pace and distance?

I am looking at buying a Casio Phys Pedometer watch but I am not sure if it works well in getting a runner's pace, no. of steps and distance. Does it work well for running applications?

You can try it. However, I just use an ordinary pedometer. Dont care (as yet) about heart rate as long as my time is maintained.
