Anything with Mr. Pewtersmith was hilarious. On the episode 'Meet the Quagmires' when Quagmire and Lois are dancing and she's says "something poked me" and he's like "its ok, its ok, its just my p***s. shuss." When Lois found out she had a brother and Stewie does the sling blade bit of "french fried potaters".

And all of the Peter vs the bird fights.

when peter catches a bullfrog for chris...he poked holes in it and it died....peter tries to get rid of the dead bullfrog by trying to flick it out the window....omg! its so funny!

Hah good one. When stewie was at some festival somewhere with his family he had rifle gun to play one of the games and it gave him so much excitement and happiness he said

" this is my rifle (pointing to the rifle) this is my gun is (pointing to his crotch) this is for fighting this for fun."

There are so many to name!

One was when there was little red riding hood and peter jumps out in the wolf costume screaming "Boogidy boogidy!" Over and over again while flapping his arms about. Then she runs and the real wolf jumps on peter.
