It was my Dad's copy of The Reader's Digest which I loved flicking through.  I really enjoyed the wordplay games and Laughter, The Best Medicine.

The first magazine I bought regularly was Twinkle, which my Mum used to buy for me every week.  I used to love cutting out the paper dolls inside...

Mad Magazine.

Mom used to always buy Mad, and some women's magazines I never really cared about, but I loved Mad because it was like a comic book, and even at age 8 or 9, I was able to grasp most of the humor and satire.
