What was your first sign of pregnancy with your second child especially if you were still breastfeeding?

I stopped taking the pill one month and never started my period the next that's my first sign.

I was still breastfeeding my 11 month old when I found out I was pregnant.  My cycles had been all over the place, anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.  When I began to get nauseous and have heartburn when I was on day 31 I just knew I was pregnant, so I tested and it was faint positive.  After have several ultrasounds date my pregnancy, it seems I got that positive test and had my symptoms 9 days after ovulating.  Also just wanted to add that I had to quit nursing because my doctor told me it could increase my risk for miscarriage, but I have a history of recurrent miscarriages.  So since weaning my daughter I have had absolutely no breast changes in this pregnancy at all, they don't even hurt.  Hope this helped.
