I never actually read the book. I just went with Cliff notes.

I think it was on Paradise Misplaced or some such.

  1. Well, I haven't done a book report in quite some time.  Now I do research papers and response papers.  The last research paper I did was for a children's literature class.  I wrote it on how Norton Juster infused the theme of the importance of education throught his work "The Phantom Tollbooth" and how, without relying on heavy-handed lessons, Juster shows the reader appropriate behavior and the benefits of wisdom and education.

  2. Mine was Lucky Jim

now next month I have to do one on the Pelican Brief

read both books but my classmates didn't. they are just too lazy

    i hate it

lucky jim was ok but the pelican brief was actually good!!!

  3. I don't remember it has been a while. I am writing a book if that counts for anything.

  4. Eragon. In fifth grade. Blessedly, I am in a high-level English class that doesn't make us do those anymore. *shudders*. Rab

Oh yeah, and I had to compare it to a...pelican or something...I don't remember....

  5. Hmm... it was a while ago, that's for sure. I haven't done a book report since elementary school.

I think the last one I did (it's the last one I can remember, anyways) was on a biography of Clara Barton in 4th grade. Every student in my class had to pick a biography for this report. I didn't want the Clara Barton one; I can't remember who the one I wanted was about, but my teacher wouldn't let me read it because it was "too hard" for me. I'm still mad over that, haha.

  6. The last book that I read for a book group was "Field of Fire" by James O. Born. Excellent book. The last actual paper/report I had to do was much too long ago to remember.

  7. Ugh, so many years ago. Worst book report EVER.

    Prince Caspian. *shudder*
