I went to an Olive Garden and ordered milk with my meal then ordered the spaghetti.

When I got my dish, it stunk badlly! It looked funny. I asked my best friend what she thought was wrong with it.

They had put the Milk IN my spaghetti. I had nothing to drink and my best friend ate almost all of hers before she returned. I asked her if she put milk in it and she said Yes. She didn't know exactly what I had said, so she put it in it. She didn't charge me and I sent it back. I couldn't eat anything else. No manager even.

When I got home I emailed them and thanked them advance for listening to my story. I got a gift certificate from them and then the manager of the store called me personally and sent me another gift certificate.

Eventually I went back and the waitress was there. I requested not to have her. They asked why and said, "OHHHHH, we heard about that!"

The waitress wasn't even blond. I am blond so I can say it

Just wanting to share stories.

  1. I'm vegetarian and ordered a mushroom dish from the vegetarian menu of an Indian restaurant where I had been a regular, so they KNOW my dietary preference.  From the start of the meal, I could tell that there was something strange in the way my food tasted.  Halfway through, I bit into something hard, spit it out and saw that it was a PIECE OF BONE.  It made me so sick I almost fainted.  Needless to say, I never came back to that place.

  2. Il Fornaio in Pasadena, CA.  There was a cockroach in one of the pasta dishes we ordered.  The manager acted as though it was no big deal and picked it out.  We walked out shortly after.

  3. My worst experience was ordering a steak and it came still frozen in the middle. My most amusing experience though, was the Swiss restaurant which served a shrimp cocktail with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top.

  4. I was at a really nice/expensive restaurant and ordered the crabcakes... I was half way into one of them, busy talking to my friend, when I bit into what seemed to be the small aluminum lid off a ketchup bottle. You know, the ones they use to seal the squeezable bottles.

They took it off my bill of course but I was too grossed out to eat anything else. The manager gave me his business card, said when I came back I could have something for free, but I never went back there. I have, however, had crabcakes since then. At a much nicer place!

  5. I really havent had a really bad experience but I just wanted to tell you...since you asked for milk and spaghetti! I was at mcdonalds and asked for a big mac, fries and some Honey mustard sauce ( to dip the fries in.)  they gave me a big mac with honey mustard sauce on it not the packages lol

  6. WHen i was in HongKong on a vacation, had a hard time ordering food at restaurants . Eventhough many times they had the English menus,it doesnt exactly tell you the full detail of the ingredients. One time I ordered what they call"spicy soup with beef",sounds simple and pretty good. WHen the food was served,I found all kinda cow parts(eye balls, intestines and many suspicious objects) and condensed blood in my soup. And I DID ASK the waitress what`s in the soup before I ordered. She just said BEEF. but who knew they would throw the whole cow guts in there.... I am usually easy and somewhat adventurous with food but it was too scary.

So I tried to complain about my food to this waitress... she wouldnt even take it back and insisted it`s HEALTHY FOR ME!! how nice!

  7. i went to an applebees and got the hot wings app and when i bit into one of the peice of chicken it was cold and raw in the middle. I wanted to puke. the wings were free

  8. Someone gave me a double cheeseburger at Mcdonald's with onion and I asked for no freakin onions I was so angry.

  9. well i was sitting there and i took a drink of diet coke and i burped REALLY really really loud in a really fancy restaurant........ALL EYES ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. It seems Red Lobster and my poor sister do not mix.  We used to eat there several times a month until...it happened.  We went one day when she was about 10 years old; she ordered her usual fried shrimp meal that comes with fries and everything and a garnish.  We all started to eat when a caterpillar crawled off her kale garnish.  It was bright green and the kale was purpley.  How it was missed I do not know.  Needless to say she jumped up and ran to the bathroom to puke.  The waitress was very apologetic and the manager did not charge us for the entire meal.  It took us 3 years to convince my sister to go back to a Red Lobster.  You will never guess what happened to her...AGAIN!  This one turned out to be a beetle kind of thing, bright green with beady eyes.  Now when she goes out to eat she asks no garnish at all on anyones plate at the table!

  11. Ok so once me, my sister and my dad were at Pizza Hut, and they brought us to a table. But they kind of forgot about us and so no one waited on us. My dad has a realy bad temper though. So we had been waiting for about 20 minutes when my dad  got up, went to the front desk to the manager, and YELLED  at him. The whole resturaunt was staring at us. It was so embarrassing no joke. And so he turned to me and my sister  and was like "LET'S GO! NOW!" and so we left.

  12. Going to a restaurant and being ignored after we were seated even though customers who arrived after we did were being served. After about a half hour of this, we got up and walked out without ordering anything.

  13. I was having a birthday dinner with my family and friends.  We were eating at this sushi and all the sudden, my sister throws up.  All the waitress ran over kind of unsure what to do.  I ran to the bathroom because i can NOT look at barf (makes me barf, ironically)  Anyway, it was really awkward because there were a lot of people there.

  14. well!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now leary of going aTHERE! I am sorry for your experience!!! Well, I was in this restaraunt and we were eating at a buffet. I dished up, and there was a hair. a looooong one, dangling from the serving spoon! One of the food ppl saw me and promptly took it away. We didn't even get our money back... Well, i ate, but I didn't go back after awhile. My other one was when a worker was making the desserts, ( it was in  Golden Corrall) and he actually SPIT near a large floor mixer!!( u know, the ones where they sit on the floor and they make bread dough in it??) Well, I told the manager and she told me that he was the best worker they had. An elderly woman came up and reported the same thing and then he got fired. Ewwwww, gross!
