What water temerature is needed to sustain a strong hurricane??

Is there any ideas how to lower this temerature???

Your normally need a water temperature of at least 80 degrees to sustain a hurricane, and likely in the mid 80's to sustain a strong hurricane.  That water temperature also needs to exist in a rather deep layer as well.  The very large amount of water that exhibits this temperature over the tropics is such that there is no feasible way to cool it artificially.

A minimum of 26.5 degree celsius is required;It is not posible to lower this value as a vast area of the water surface is involved.
