What way can i exercises to lose weight on the upper legs?

I'm skinny but my legs are kind of big so i wanted to know what kind of exercises i can do to make my legs thinner? thank you.

This has worked for me, I don't know if it would for you--simple leg lifters.  Lie on your back and lift your legs, straight, a few inches off the floor, hold, put em back down and do several dozen, do them all slowly.  Its a little hard at first but you can build up to a large number fairly fast, its also good for flattening and toning your tummy.  I hope this helps, good luck!

Easy, lay on your back and lift your legs six inches or 1 foot off the floor. hold them together for 10 seconds then open them like a V then hold them like that for another 10 seconds then repeat, all the while keeping them the same distance off the floor. Do these in sets and reps and eventually your legs will get cut and tight. I learned that in the Marine corps, WARNING you will get sore but its worth the effort!

    you dont have to do these in 10 second increments you can do like 20 to 30 second increments but it gets tougher the longer you hold them

  8. You can't lose fat on a specific boy part by exercising that body part. Anyone who says otherwise is a tool.

    Leg exercises will increase muscle size and strength in your legs. Do cardiovascular exercise like jogging to lose weight.
