  1. i display mine top left at the front and bottom right  on the back. I used to have magnetic plate stuck to the the boot but i lost in on the high way. The only thing the RTA says about the display of P plates is that clearly visible, so I guess you can put where ever you want as long as people can see them.

  2. in sydney they stick it next to their number plates and some even shove it under the number plate border cracks me up.

melbournians r ALWAYS right lol so do it the melb way - front top left and back bottom or top right.

  3. It's against the law to display your inside the car you can be fined they must be displayed on the outside eg the magnetic type,  pushed under the number plate or secured some other way. You can get fined and lose demerit points

  4. Firstly, what state do you live in? Because it varies from state to state.

There is no official and correct way in Victoria to display your plates apart from "You must display your P plates on the front and back of any car you drive." It does not matter exactly where you put it as long as it is clearly visable and it is on the front and back of the car.

  5. Here is the RTA's offical website

    http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/licensing/gett...

It will tell you everything you need to know about P plates  (NSW)
