What ways are there to combine a business major with IT?

What IT minors are available for business majors and which would really make sense? What ways are there to major in business and still have somewhat of an IT background and is it really beneficial? What jobs require both, without neglecting business knowledge?

Minor in what ever selections you have that would familiarize yourself with applications to apply your business skills with financial software and other business applications for Oracle or SAP.  The biggest deficit we have right now with consultants are in the financial accounting area for integrating s/w apps to systems.  We pay well into 100K for folks with those skill sets.  

I can't find folks to perform this work...so it's in HUGE demand!
