  2. You need some good s*x.

  3. There is always energy drinks, but that is just a dead end.

if your having trouble sleeping try taking a walk or something before bed.  Don't eat to soon before you go to sleep, read, or do something that doesn't stimulate the brain.  and getting through the day, eat a healthy breakfast, eggs are good, fruits.  if you get tired, just take a minute, and think positively, walk tall, changing your posture can do wonders, I know it sounds dumb but it works.

  4. do something outside and eat healthy

  5. Well honestly exercise is a really great way to get your body in tune energy and sleep wise. But if you can't exercise for some medical reason then I would try a healthy energy drink and definitely make sure you diet is balanced.

FRS is a really good healthy energy drink that is low in sugar and caffeine and loaded with vitamins and antioxidants. They will give you a nice boost of energy and the vitamins help your body out as well. I got started with FRS through a free trial while I was reading an article about it here http://www.voernix.com/2008/07/frs.html

Also, nuts are a great source of energy. Eat them as snacks throughout the day for extra energy.
