  1. all that then bath and baby massage? stories and calming music

  2. Good news - those are all the signs of a healthy young man

Bad news - the only thing that wears out a 2 yr old is their 35th birthday - sorry

  3. Well you should trying

    to give insentives....

    like when you wake

up in the morning I will

    make you [pancakes].

    You fill in the blank..

That or take a long run

    30 minutes b4 he usaully

    goes to bed...

    OR make his naps shorter.

    Well goooood luck!! :]

  4. you are doing a good job it sounds like. Here are a few more ideas. When you do exersizes, have him do them with you... take him swimming...go on a walking adventure...jump on the trampoline..play ball with him so he has to run after it ...fix him a good full filling supper at night( no sugar drinks or snacks aferwards)...give him a warm bath, maybe even try some soothing soap.. read him abed time story... then tell him it's bed time, and bed time is time to go to sleep.. then make the whole process as boring as possible.. no tickling.. or playing that may want to keep him awake..  good luck

  5. Lmao, I agree with Trout.

  6. Tell him boring stories until he falls asleep.

  7. Try taking him swimming :) Thats a good way to wear your little one out. Kit him out with some armbands, perhaps a rubber ring and let him kick that water to his hearts content. It will also relax his muscles and the water will make him feel calm and sleepy.

    Good luck.

  8. i take care of 2 and three year olds, and whenever we take a walk for a few blocks to the park, play, and walk back (be sure to take water) they are all exhausted. a neighborhood park, field, or nature walk nearby work.

  9. Do all those things but make sure that you have a "quiet time" for half an hour before bed - maybe read or sing to relax him.

It may not be that he is not worn out, but that he can't relax enough to go to sleep.
