  1. www.weather.gov

  2. i would say weather at msn.com they update like every 5 minutes

  3. Unfortunately, no one can get the forecast right beyond 5 days with any reliability.  Every site will use computer forecast models, and it's these models themselves that have problems beyond 5 days.

Having said that, I would go to the National Weather Service for days 1-7.  Sadly, even the Weather Service wouldn't dare attempt to go beyond day 7 for the very reason that the models start getting flaky that far out.

The Weather Service is broken up into small regional offices, and all the meteorologists there understand the local oddities of the weather in their area.  It's better than any other source for a forecast at a particular city:

    Nat'l Weather Service:  http://www.nws.noaa.gov/

Then, for days 8-10, I'd go to The Weather Channel.  They are not as good as the weather service, but at least a meteorologist will look at the model data, and tweak it when the computer models are giving unbelievable  or unlikely forecasts.  Most sites just take the model info at face value, but Weather Channel does a more refined forecast for long term.  They may not always get it right that far out, but at least they sort of know what they are doing.

Weather Channel just for days 8-10:  http://www.weather.com

For Weather Channel, type in the name of the city in the search box, and then click on "10-day forecast."

For beyond day 10, a crystal ball will be almost as good as a meteorologist, unless it's me of course!  :~)  j/k

  4. i usually use the site www.weather.com. you type in the area code or city and it will tell you what the weather is that day. you can also get an hour-by-hour update and you can check the weather for the next 10 days! it is usually pretty accurate, i recommend it. hope i helped! (:

  5. I use www.weatherbug.com. It is easy to understand, I feel easier to interpret than www.noaa.gov, and they have great maps so you can tell where storms are headed.  You just type in your zip code for current info.

  6. http://www.noaa.gov/

This is the best site for the 1-7 day forecast.  NOAA issues all weather related watches, warnings, and advisories for the country.  Most local stations consider NOAA's forecast into their own.  After 7 days though, no one is going to be very accurate.  If you look at say a fourteen day forecast, you can be pretty sure it's inaccurate, but if it says for example, thunderstorms for days 13 and 14, you can expect the passage of a front/thunderstorms, sometime around then, or possibly another day or two down the road since that is the general trend of long term forecasts.

  7. I go to Weather Underground. It is pretty accurate most of the time.

  8. hey! i live in south jersey and I always use just www.weather.com... usually it is right but I have to admit that most of the people who predict the weather down here are wrong. You can never really get a good weather report haha
