I won't to be able to invest the amount of money i won't, not what others tell you! The site has to be legit! Give me a site that lets you invest how much you wont and they keep it simple.

  1. I think websites such as tradeking will be good for penny stocks. Try typing in penny stocks on google andsee what comes up.

  2. I think what you are looking for is sharebuilder.com.

  3. Hey Michael,

Rather than suggesting a site, how about I tell you how to learn all you'll ever need to about all of the major online brokerages instead. The review at http://www.money-and-investing.com/Onlin... will tell you all about the biggest and best brokerages and how they rank in several important categories. They are each ranked in "overall trading experience", "web site functionality", "trading costs and fees", "customer service", "research and investing tools" and "perks".

If you're just going to trade stocks, I'd suggest SoGoTrade, they have the cheapest stock transaction fees in the industry. If you're going to trade funds, go with Schwab.com, they have the largest selection of no-load no-fee funds of any brokerage (which means free trading). If you're looking for a site that will provide great research and analysis tools, Fidelity and Ameritrade have great tools.

Read the reviews, and then pick the brokerage that is in line with your trading goals and portfolio size.

Good luck and post back here often! It's fun to watch beginners on their wealth-building journey.

    Cheers!

  4. If you are looking for an online broker, I would recommend Firstrade ( http://www.firstrade.com/ ).  They are much cheaper than big name brokers such as Etrade, TD Ameritrade, and Schwab.  They are pefectly legit, FINRA approved and SIPC insured.  I've been using them for quite awhile now and I'm very happy with them.

  5. I recommend an online brokerage firm that has good beginner qualitys {like tutorials or an easy to understand set up}, i use zecco, better then schwab, etrade, etc. they are the only ones with free stock trades, no minumums..all the others will charge you fees for trading, but compare and see for yourself. Good luck and happy investing!
