You don't need any kind of website per say. Go to google, type in oh I don't know say rose flowers. A bunch of picture's will come up. Save them to your computer and when you go to change your background you can use what you saved. Been doing this the past 2 years.

There are several Yahoo Groups that help in this regard and off the top of my head I seem to recall one being called “Pimp My Page” and I believe “Yahoo Forum” is another good group for info and resources in this regard. Whether I’m correct or not, doing a search in the Yahoo Groups page should get you what you need.
