Rent.com is extremely popular and pretty much nation wide.

And if you report back to them that you found your next new home on there website, they'll shoot you out a $100-- Visa debit card. Have fun. a lot of those websites have similar offers, just be sure you tell the place where you are going to be renting the same thing you tell the website, cause if they don't coincide you could get screwed out of your hundred bucks or whatever.
