What website can I go to to find a good used car?

I am looking to buy a car from a private owner instead of going to the car lots where the prices are twice as high.

Usually private sellers are much cheaper and you can negotiate a little more. I would check out www.craigslist.com

I would check out vehix.com and autotrader.com; both have decent private listings along with dealer listings. Also, check out ebay.com, they have quite a few private sellers as well. Good luck!

craigslist, ebay motors and autotrader.com are all good places to go to. If you want to get a really good deal, try going to a car auction. You can save a couple hundred dollars on average.
