I need to know how well I speak japanese

http://www.japanesepod101.com/ has paid memberships where you can supposedly test out your pronunciation of words. I've never paid so I don't know how effective it is and if it's just words or whole sentences.

If you have the equipment and are willing, you could always video yourself speaking or reading a passage and post it on youtube and the users can comment on it. (If you don't want to be seen, you can speak off camera)
