You may try zamzar.com , it's a free nice online video converter that can help you convert video to wmv video for zune.

But I'd prefer using aimersoft zune converter to do that, my friends recommend it to me, it's not free, but it works really nice and I think it well worth the money. Here is a guide about how to use it
