my son is in kindergaten and they are doing the letters and their sounds at the begining and end of a word. he is really having problems with c and k

The best on-line game to teach letter sounds, phonics, and reading is www.starfall.com.  That is my opinion and I teach kindergarten.

www.starfall.com    and click around all the games there are great and they even have printable stuff is you scrolll down tothe very bottom and click on downloads.

www.edutunes.com and buy the Phonics Time CD the track called ABC fun is the absolute best!! and it comes with a poster to match the song.

www.fonts4teachers.com  and buy the simplest font package for like 10 bucks. it comes with dot to dot fonts for the numbers and alphabet . You can teach your son how to properly write the letters and numbers.

My two youngest kids are big fans of PBS kids.  If you haven't been there you should.  They have learning games in every PBS character you can think of.  You may also try Spellingtime.com.  They have alot of fun games to improve spelling and phonics for several ages and levels.  Best of luck!
