What website can i resize my pics to make smaller and keep the animation i did to it?

i want to rezize my pics to make smaller.my pics i want to make smaller flash different colors.i tried photobucket but it wont let me keep the flash.

is there a website that i can make my pics smaller but keep the animation when i do that?

u can use photo bucket just click on the image then click resize and make it smaller. or go to lunapic.com email me for more info
