I am going from catrerham railway station to Kingham Railway Station. I dont know how much it's gonna be or what the main central london station is.

Use the trainline.com as suggested. You will travel from Caterham to London, Victoria then by Circle Underground line to London Paddington. A saver return is £29 but onlooking at trainline they are saying that two singles may be cheaper. Much will depend on the time of day you travel.
