What website is FREE and will help me find my niece and nephew that were adopted?

**Do you know who adopted them?  If you don't it will be pretty hard, since adoptions are usually closed and not open to the public.  You would have to know what area they are in and then start looking for a family that has two children with the same names as your niece and nephew.  If you have absolutely no idea where they are or what their new last name is, you are virtually at a standstill unless you hire somebody.  I don't think you'll find it for free.
