Workopolis is probably the best Canadian job site.  There is also Monster.ca which is the Canadian version of Monster.com

It isn't just a matter of job hunting. You will require a job offer in writing from a company in Canada and no company will hire foreigners if a citizen can do the same job (it isn't ignorance or bigotry but a simple matter of cost).
