For Example...Last time I took my 3 teens (Last July) we booked 4 Para-Sails,and Jet Skis for 4...when we arrived at the dock our boat was having some issues and we had to wait a 1/2 an hour for it to be fixed before going out  Para-Sailing...we were supposed to Jet-Ski when we were done with Parasailing but by that time it was to late...so Pleasant Holidays refunded our ENTIRE $390.00 for the whole activity and Comp'd us Free Jet Ski's for an Hour x 4 any time we wanted..they took care of us!
