  1. just try on rome.roomsnet.com. it is really easy to use and rate wise also good. but it is only for hotels not for flight

  2. believe it or not applevacations.com has deals to rome.

  3. See the links from the page below

  4. Expedia.com is the best or travelocity.com

  5. expedia

  6. hotel.com trust me, it's gggoooooddd.

  7. Try FareChase, search for flights, and when you select the flight that fits you the most, they find you packages...

They search dozens of websites for you, so you dont have to!!!

If that doesnt work, try Yahoo! Travel...

  8. If you've got the time:

    First, go to tripadvisor, fodors and frommers websites, and get the feedback from fellow travelers about hotels in Rome;

Next, go to orbitz to what airlines fly to Rome-but don't book on Orbitz-they charge a fee-instead go to the airline website, and book there-it'll save you a few bucks.

I think arranging your own package this way is best-we did it this way, and had a great vacation.

Have a wonderful time in Rome.

  9. Hi

I did a similar trip (but I went to Venice). I used Easyjet for the flight and Expedia for the hotel. I made my own way to the hotel from the airport and it was completely trouble free and a lot cheaper than going through an agent.

My best advice would be to see how much a package is and then try and find out how much it would cost if you arranged it separately.

I guess if the package worked out at roughly the same then your best bet is to go the package route but it's also fun to arrange the holiday yourself and then you can tailor it to your exact needs.

    Good luck :)

  10. venere.com is awesome for travel in Italy and other large cities in Western Europe-- I have traveled extensively in Italy and this website is my favorite

  11. TRY priceline....
