Well, firstly, google "Used Boats" + "For Sale" just as I have typed.

I am possibly a bit handier than you...I buy almost exclusively on ebay at www.motors.ebay.com . This is ebay motors...at the home page you can select boats among cars,trucks,etc. A great resource for boats ranging from fixer-uppers and repos to ready to float pride and joy.

If you don't mind paying a broker...check Yachtworld.com.
