What websites are there where I can ask for a programmer..?

I want to open a business and I need a programmer the problem is I don't know where to contact a programmer at all! This is not a "rent" job, the programmer would be on board for the entire length of the business... What websites can I go to, to post for programmers? Or unemployed programmers

I would set it up for you but for long term i can not do it. You would have to pau for some upgrades. Then depending on the type of cms you would want installed i would then have to calculate how much to install the cms.
