I guess that would be on the type of show you want to watch. A lot of TV shows can be seen through the broadcasters website like scifi or fox. For streaming movies I use movie6.net. For downloading movies I use Bitlord and music I use Limewire. It just depends on what you looking for and what you want to do with it (stream or download).
