Any website can cause a virus...actually just having an open internet connection can cause a virus, the only way to stay protected is to keep up to dat real time protection on your pc and be sure to interact with it, otherwise you will constanly and consistently be susceptable to viruses no matter what.

There's no way to predict it.  Use good sense and only go to places you trust.  It's an ugly world out there.  Be careful.
