What websites (or who) subtitles most anime?

I was on this one website a few weeks ago and they have a bunch of shows they subtitle in english, and I forget what website it was. Can anyone tell me main websites that have people sub anime so I can check?

There are about 30 ongoing animes at any time and many groups that sub them often doing 1-3 animes.

Some of the major groups are

I'm a free member of the site and I'm pretty happy with it.

You wont find anime that have been dubbed into english tho. Copyright disables it.

Veoh.com is a great place to download free anime that's dubbed as well!

So you're looking for fansub groups?  There are a lot of fansub groups out there.  Do you remember anything?  What anime did the group sub?  What'd their site look like?

You can find most Anime with subtitles on YouTube. They also have some dubs.
