What wedding gift should i get for my Malay Friend?

I got a Malay friend, a muslem girl who is geting married next month. what should i get her as wedding gift? is there any traditions or customs that i should be aware of? especially anything i must NOT give her?

Is she in Singapore ? I find that they all still WAY prefer an ang pow. Put the money in a nice wedding card, inside a green envelope if you can find one !
