What wedding gift to give family doctor?

My family doctor invited us to his wedding reception and I have no idea what to give him and his wife as a wedding gift. I'm surprised he invited us in the first place! He's a really nice guy and it's hard to give a very personal gift considering we have more of a doctor and patient relationship than a friend relationship...any suggestions?
