You should not put a certain wait to a certain size.  If you are fit and have some muscle you will weigh more.  Muscle weighs more then fat.

well i'm 5'4

so ir your 5'6 - 5'7

healthy weight is around 120 lbs.

but i'm guessing you're around there?

i am not sure, but a really skinny person can have a large size and a fat person can have a small size, it depends on the size of your hips and belly
