  1. I don't know all of his titles but he was King of Ireland, amongst other things.

  2. King.

    Head of the Anglican church.

    Murderer.

    Fat b*****d.

  3. King of england

    king of ireland

prince of wales (till he had a Mary I)

heir apparent (until brother died and became king)

and the last title i know that he held is head of the church of england which he aquired when he left the church of rome because the pope would not give him a divorce from katherine of aragon so that he could marry anne boleyn he then set himself up as head of the chuch of england and gave himself the divorce he desired!

  4. At his coronation he was "Henry,VIII by the Grace of God, King of England, France and Lord of Ireland".   Then he was given a title by the Pope making him "Henry VIII, by the Grace of God, King of England, France and Lord of Ireland".   Then he took over the Catholic Church in England becoming "Henry VII, by the Grace of God, King of England and France, Defender of the Faith, Lord of Ireland and of the Church of England in Earth Supreme Head".  Later he took over the Catholic Church in Ireland becoming "Henry VII, by the Grace of God, King of England and France, Defender of the Faith, Lord of Ireland and of the Church of England and also of Ireland in Earth Supreme Head".   Then he promoted himself from Lord of Ireland to King of Ireland making him "Henry VIII, by the Grace of God, King of England, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith and of the Church of England and also of Ireland in Earth Supreme Head".

Much of this would have surprised the King of France!

  5. Henry was the first King of England to use the title His Majesty. He changed styles several times, but toward the end of his reign it became " "Henry the Eighth, by the Grace of God, King of England, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith and of the Church of England and also of Ireland in Earth Supreme Head"

  6. Henry's titles went through some changes throughout his reign, but in the end he was:

Henry the Eighth, by the Grace of God, King of England, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith and of the Church of England and also of Ireland in Earth Supreme Head.

His motto was "Coeur Loyal", which means "Loyal Heart", and he was the first English monarch to use "Majesty" on a regular basis, though "Your Grace" and "Highness" were also sometimes used.

Known to posterity as "Bluff King Hal".  He was also called "Old Coppernose", and variations of that, because because of a poor quality coin he issued to raise money for a war with France.
