Others that i thought about trying to get on the list were Monzon Vs Benvenuti or Griffith. Benitez Vs Cervantes. Frazier Vs Ellis and Napoles Vs Stracey. Some great fights in this decade.

Again,  it doesnt matter what list I could make up here.  It still will not do other great fights any justice.  There will always be something left out.

Here are three I think you will find on most lists of 5.

Ali-Frazier 3  :Considered by many to be the greatest heavyweight fight ever.

Ali-Frazier 1:  THE FIGHT OF THE CENTURY,  nuff said.  Big Event and Great Fight.

Ali-Forman 1974: Against all odds,  Ali wins the title................again.

Here are two more

Duran-DeJesus 3:  Number 2 was very competitive and maybe even better than Num 3,  which was mostly dominated by Duran.  The thing that makes this fight great is that Duran was now a mature lightweight.   THAT Duran would have beaten ANY lightweight.  Plus there were only TWO titles and Duran unified them.

Saad Muhammad-Marvin Johnson  (or any other fight with Saad Muhammad).   He was THE Quenticential Warrior.
