The top two competitors were Nellie Kim for the Soviet's and Nadia, the gymnast who helped bring Romania in as one of the best teams in gymnastics.  Both ended the Olympics scoring perfect tens, however Nadia was the first one to do it.  For more information see the link below.

there is only one name: Nadia Comaneci of ROMANIA. she won the women's individual all around in artistics gymnastic in Montreal, Canada in 1976. she was also the first gymnastic to score a perfect 10.
